Ogden City offers new and recently-remodeled homes for sale to owner-occupant buyers. The new homes are located in Ogden's older neighborhoods, and are designed to complement the historic architecture of the area. Special financing assistance is provided for each home.

The remodeled homes have updated plumbing, electrical, and heating systems. The roofs, windows, and doors are replaced where needed. They are complete with new carpet and/or hardwood floors, kitchens, baths, and appliances. The level of improvement far exceeds any of the competition!

Types of properties available under this program include,

• Asset Control Area (ACA) homes: HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) repossessions that are acquired by Ogden City and completely remodeled (there are special HUD guidelines for these homes)
• Rehabilitations: homes purchased and remodeled by Ogden City
• New "Historic" Homes: new homes built in Ogden's older neighborhoods and built consistent with historic styles in the area
